Play Reading Group has had its last meeting in June and, as Margaret Farrar says, the stage is currently dark.... But what is this I hear? A NEW play Reading Group may be starting in the new year? In a hand-bag?

Local Theatre Group has arranged a block booking for Tiverton Junior Operatic production of 'GODSPELL' for Wednesday 15th February, 7:30 p.m. at New Hall. Tickets are £7.50. Names to Betty Thrall (01884 242998) as soon as possible; and payment by 26th January please.

Synopsys:- Drawing upon various traditions, such as clowning, pantomime, charades, acrobatics and vaudeville, GODSPELL is a groundbreaking and unique reflection on the life of Jesus from St. Matthews gospel, with a message of kindness, tolarance and love. It includes the international hit "Day by Day".

Please join us in supporting this very talented Club, which gave us such memorable performances as "Les Miserables" and "Back to the 80's".
